Made-to-order production

Jelly Kvlt pieces are produced after an order is placed. This helps avoid overproduction and means production takes place before the parcel begins its journey. Production normally takes 2–7 business days, with most orders completed within about 4 business days.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates begin after production:

• Europe: 3–10 business days
• United States: 3–5 business days
• United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
• Canada: 6–15 business days
• Australia: 10–15 business days
• Other destinations: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier workload, weather, holidays and local disruptions can add time, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping availability, rates and tracking

Jelly Kvlt ships internationally to destinations served by our production partners. Availability, delivery methods and shipping costs depend on the destination and the items in the order; the applicable options are shown at checkout.

Orders may be produced in different facilities. If items are dispatched separately, they may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. Please use the tracking information supplied with your shipment where available.

Customs, import taxes and duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers, are not included unless clearly shown at checkout, and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Because product origin, destination rules and customs thresholds vary, Jelly Kvlt cannot provide a reliable duty estimate in advance. Contact us before ordering if you need help identifying the likely production origin of a specific item.

Returns, refunds and warranty

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return for an eligible item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or sent in error.
