At Jelly Kvlt, each item is handcrafted and printed on demand to ensure it's as unique as the person wearing it. Our meticulous cosmic creation process typically takes 2-7 business days to complete, with most orders ready to ship within 4 business days. We take pride in ensuring that every piece is crafted with care, bringing your chosen design to life with stellar precision.

When will my cosmic cargo arrive?

Once your custom-made item has been crafted, it will begin its interstellar journey to you. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Europe: Glide through the galaxy in 3–10 business days.
  • USA: Meteoric delivery in 3–5 business days.
  • United Kingdom: Navigate the nebulae in 8–12 business days.
  • Canada: Cosmic journey of 6–15 business days.
  • Australia: Stellar travel in 10–15 business days.
  • Selected international destinations: Universal exploration in 10–20 business days.

We ship to selected destinations worldwide. Availability depends on your delivery address and the products in your order. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.

What about unexpected delays?

While we aim for light-speed delivery, interstellar anomalies can sometimes cause delays. Factors like customs, busy postal networks, weekends, and unforeseen events — especially during the holiday season — can extend shipping times.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees may also be charged when your order arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or prepaid by Jelly Kvlt at checkout.

  • For single-item shipments, we use PCR plastic mailers, while multiple items are securely grouped in clear inner bags made with at least 30% PCR plastic.
  • Larger items and oversized orders are packaged in durable cardboard boxes, which are recyclable.

Regional Innovations:

  • Orders fulfilled in Australia come in compostable eco-mailers, complete with detailed instructions for responsible disposal.
  • In regions like Japan and China, products are packaged in minimalistic plastic mailers to ensure secure delivery while minimizing waste.

Protective Measures:
To safeguard your Jelly Kvlt items, additional protective layers like tissue paper, foam pouches, or biodegradable materials may be included when necessary.

Sustainable Goals:

  • As of mid-2022, our partners are transitioning to packaging with 90-100% PCR plastic for apparel products, further reducing the reliance on virgin materials.
  • This aligns with our broader commitment to providing eco-conscious solutions that combine durability, functionality, and environmental care.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes! Shipping is free for all orders delivered within Belgium.

For other eligible destinations, free shipping applies to orders of €120 or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency. Certain bundles may also qualify for free shipping.

What is Jelly Kvlt's Return Policy?

At Jelly Kvlt, we want your experience with our cosmic products to be perfect. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if you encounter an issue covered by our 2-Year Warranty, we are here to assist you.

This policy explains how ordinary returns, withdrawals and product issues are handled. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your item.

To start a return, contact us at support@jellykvlt.com and include your order number and the item(s) concerned. We will provide the return address and instructions after receiving your request.

Items sent back without a prior return request may not be accepted.

For ordinary returns, including a change of mind where applicable:

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
  • Jelly Kvlt does not automatically provide prepaid return labels.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that provides proof of dispatch.

Condition of Returned Items

For ordinary returns, items must be returned:

  • Complete, with any applicable accessories;
  • Unworn and unused;
  • With tags where applicable;
  • In their original packaging where reasonably possible;
  • With proof of purchase or the order number.

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may inspect and handle an item only as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We may reduce the reimbursement to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

International Returns

United Kingdom

Returns from the United Kingdom may be treated as export/import shipments and can involve customs formalities or charges. For ordinary returns, return shipping costs and any applicable return-related customs charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, incorrect or non-conforming.

United States and Canada

Returns from the United States and Canada must be sent to the return address we provide. For ordinary returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, incorrect or non-conforming.

Other Countries

For returns from other countries, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for ordinary returns, unless applicable law provides otherwise or the item is defective, incorrect or non-conforming.

Damages, Issues and 2-Year Warranty

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming item.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs where possible.

If your product has a defect or issue covered under our 2-Year Warranty, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable law and the warranty terms.

Product issues are handled separately from ordinary returns. Where a product issue is confirmed, your applicable statutory rights remain fully protected and you will not be required to bear costs resulting from our error or from a product defect.

Non-Returnable Items and Legal Exceptions

A return may be excluded only where a legal exception applies. This may include goods genuinely made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Products made to order are not automatically considered personalised goods and are not automatically excluded from return or withdrawal rights.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Discounted or sale items are not automatically excluded from return or withdrawal rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size, colour or design, please request a return where eligible and place a separate new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you of the outcome.

For ordinary returns outside a statutory withdrawal process:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days;
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund;
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed an approved refund, please contact support@jellykvlt.com.

Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments required by applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout where required. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you designate, receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to support@jellykvlt.com before the withdrawal period expires. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, unless the item is defective, incorrect or non-conforming, or applicable law provides otherwise.

For EU withdrawals, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity where applicable.

Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees when ordering from the U.S.?

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees may be charged when your order arrives.

These charges depend on the destination country, the product type, its country of origin, and local regulations. They are not included in the checkout price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Jelly Kvlt does not collect or prepay these charges at checkout. If you have questions about a specific order, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Is a slight smell when unpacking normal?

Some freshly manufactured products may have a slight temporary odour when first unpacked, due to the materials, printing process or packaging. Allow the item to air out in a well-ventilated space before use; the odour normally fades after a short time.

A slight temporary odour alone is not considered a product defect. However, if an odour is unusually strong, persistent, or accompanied by another product issue, please contact support@jellykvlt.com so we can assess the situation.

What is the 2-Year Warranty on Jelly Kvlt Products?

At Jelly Kvlt, we believe in the quality and durability of our products. In accordance with European law, all our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty starting from the date you receive your order.

What does this cover?

The 2-year legal warranty covers any conformity defects that existed at the time of delivery, such as:

  • A defective or damaged product (not caused by normal use).
  • A product that does not match its description or intended use.
  • Manufacturing faults or structural issues.

How do I use the warranty?

If you experience an issue with your product during this period:

  2. We will review your request and guide you through a free exchange or repair, depending on the situation.
  3. If no solution is possible, we will issue a full refund for your order.

Exceptions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

What is the OEKO-TEX 100 Standard Certification?

The OEKO-TEX 100 Standard is a globally recognized certification system for textiles, testing them for harmful substances to ensure safety and quality. Here are the key points about this certification:

Certification Scope: The OEKO-TEX 100 Standard certifies textiles and textile products at all stages of production, including raw materials, intermediate products, and end products.

How does removing ocean-bound plastic help?

Stopping plastic waste within 50km of waterways and coastlines prevents it from entering oceans. This action protects marine life, microorganisms, and endangered species from the devastating effects of plastic pollution. Additionally, by recycling these plastics, we reduce CO2 emissions and promote a circular economy, decreasing the demand for virgin plastic materials.

Who plants the trees and collects plastic?

The trees are planted through Veritree’s collaboration with GoodAPI and Eden Reforestation Projects. Plastic is collected through specialized removal programs led by Plastic Bank in partnership with GoodAPI. These efforts work closely with local communities to ensure sustainability and positive impacts.
