2-Year Warranty – Jelly Kvlt

At Jelly Kvlt, we stand by the quality of our cosmic creations. Every product is designed with care and made to be enjoyed for the long run.

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to what was ordered or advertised, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.

Your Legal Guarantee

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods.

This legal guarantee applies from the date the goods are delivered and covers defects or lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent during the applicable legal guarantee period.

Your statutory rights apply independently of any additional commercial warranty offered by Jelly Kvlt and cannot be reduced or excluded by this page.

What May Be Covered?

A product may be considered defective or non-conforming where, for example:

  • The material, stitching, zipper or other component has an abnormal defect;

  • Seams or assembly fail prematurely;

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect or significant printing error;

  • The product does not correspond to the description, characteristics or functionality advertised at the time of purchase;

  • A functional component such as a strap, pocket or closure fails prematurely under normal use.

Each claim is assessed individually according to the nature of the product, the issue reported and applicable consumer law.

What Is Generally Not Covered?

The legal guarantee does not normally cover problems caused solely by:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Accidental damage;

  • Misuse or neglect;

  • Improper washing, cleaning or care;

  • Alterations made after delivery;

  • Damage caused by use contrary to the product's intended purpose or care instructions.

Personalised or custom-made products are not automatically excluded from legal conformity rights. A customised product may still be covered where it is defective or does not conform to what was agreed.

Remedies for EU Consumers

Where a product does not conform to the sales contract, EU consumers may generally request that the product be brought into conformity.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair or replacement free of charge.

The consumer may generally choose between repair and replacement unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared with the alternative.

Where repair or replacement is impossible, has not been completed within a reasonable period, causes significant inconvenience, or where the legal conditions otherwise allow it, the consumer may be entitled to:

  • A proportionate reduction in the purchase price; or

  • Termination of the contract and reimbursement.

A minor lack of conformity may not necessarily entitle the consumer to terminate the contract.

Repairs and replacements covered by the legal guarantee are carried out without charge to the consumer and within a reasonable period.

Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, Jelly Kvlt voluntarily aims to provide comparable 2-year product defect coverage, subject to applicable local law.

This voluntary coverage is intended to provide consistent customer support internationally. Mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the customer's country remain unaffected.

How to Make a Claim

Please include:

  1. Your order number;

  2. A description of the issue;

  3. Clear photographs showing the defect where reasonably possible.

We will review the claim and explain the available remedy based on the nature of the issue and the applicable legal requirements.

Where a confirmed product defect or lack of conformity is our responsibility, you will not be required to bear costs resulting from that defect or error.

Returns and Refunds

Warranty and conformity claims are treated separately from ordinary returns or changes of mind.
